Find out how to access and manage your transaction history on your EFTPOS terminal or through Verifone Central

Your free online reporting portal

Verifone Central gives you access to a complete view of your transactions across all your terminals. It’s free to use and includes:

  • Custom transaction reports

  • Email and export tools

  • Filters by terminal, card type, transaction type, and more

  • Payment tools including Virtual Terminal and Pay By Link

Transaction reporting on your Android EFTPOS terminal

Download your transaction list

You can download up to 90 days’ worth of transactions (up to 1,000 records), including transactions processed on other terminals under your merchant number.

  1. From the Payment screen, tap the menu icon

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap Account and then Download Transactions

Downloaded transactions will appear in Transaction History.

Note: Receipts are not retrieved when downloading past transactions.

View your transaction history

  1. From the Payment screen, tap the menu icon

  2. Tap Transaction History

  3. Tap a transaction to view full details. You can also tap Receipt to resend the receipt or Refund to initiate a refund.

  4. Tap the printer icon next to the date to view a full transaction list for that day

  5. Email the list directly from the terminal

Transaction details

Transaction details include:

  • Time and amount

  • Card type (last 4 digits)

  • Card entry method (e.g. contactless, chip, manual)

  • TRAN number

  • Transaction type (e.g. Purchase, Refund, Declined)

  • Transaction outcome

NOTE: If your terminal is swapped out, Transaction History is not transferred.

Search transactions

By card

If the customer has their card:

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Search Transactions

  2. Tap the card icon

  3. The customer can swipe, insert, or tap their card

Or manually enter the last 4 digits of the card.

By TRAN or Invoice number

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Search Transactions

  2. Tap Advanced Search

  3. Enter 4 or more digits from the TRAN or Invoice number

  4. Tap Search

Use the green enter button on the virtual keyboard to move between fields. Tap the down arrow to close the keyboard if needed.

By other details (Advanced Search)

Use Advanced Search if you don’t have a receipt or card. You can search by:

  • Merchant reference

  • Exact or approximate amount

  • Date range

  • Card type or entry method

  • Declined or pending offline status

Access Advanced Search:

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Search Transactions

  2. Tap Advanced Search

  3. Enter your criteria and tap Search

View pending offline transactions

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Search Transactions

  2. Tap Advanced Search

  3. Select Only Pending Offline

  4. Tap Search

View declined transactions

  1. Tap the menu icon, then Search Transactions

  2. Tap Advanced Search

  3. Select Declined Transactions

  4. Tap Search

Reporting on other Verifone terminals

Verifone (non-Android) network

You can print a transaction list for any of the past 14 days:

  1. Tap Menu

  2. Scroll down and select Transaction List

  3. Select Current Date or Other (enter DDMM format)

  4. Confirm Print Yes/No

This feature may not be available on two-piece terminals or terminals connected via a phone line.

Worldline terminals

If you’re using a Worldline terminal, contact your merchant bank or Worldline support to request a transaction list.
