Yes, you can! We can enable some features over the phone but some will need to be added or removed by your merchant bank.
Things that we can do for you
If you would like to add credit card pre-authorisation or tipping to your facility, you can call our 24/7 Technical Support team on 0800 EFTPOS, option 2, or submit a request here. Our Technical support team can also remove certain menu options from your terminal like Purchase/Cash or Cash Out.
If you are interested in adding Surcharging for credit card transactions, you can call our Customer Support team on 0800 EFTPOS, option 4, or submit a request here.
Things that your bank can do for you
If you would like to add or remove Contactless (Paywave/PayPass) payments or Refunds, you will need to contact your merchant bank during their business hours.
If you wish to start accepting payments from third-party cards you will need to contact the card issuing company directly. Once approved they will send the information to us and we will activate the feature on your terminal.
