Use the StringTM App for Total Mobility on Your Verifone Terminal

Set up and use the StringTM app on your Verifone terminal to process subsidised Total Mobility trips

Getting Started

The StringTM app enables approved drivers and operators to manage Total Mobility (TM) trips. The app collects all the required information to submit TM trips for council subsidies. StringTM is responsible for onboarding, setup, training, and support. You’ll need to register directly with them to begin using the app.

You must have a valid StringTM operator profile before you can use the app. Contact support@stringtm.com or register your interest at www.stringtm.com/interest

Basic App Functions

Once StringTM has set up your operator profile, you can begin using the app on your terminal. Common actions include:

Start a Trip

  1. Tap New Trip

  2. Swipe or tap the client’s TM card

  3. Confirm hoist use (if applicable)

  4. Start the trip once GPS or suburb info is confirmed

  5. Tap Finish Trip at the destination

  6. Enter fare and payment (optional)

  7. Tap Upload Trip

View Trip History

Check past trips or retry uploads from the History screen. Trips that haven’t uploaded will show a red indicator.

You can reprint a receipt or upload missed trips from the History screen
