Surcharge signage

If you apply a surcharge to your transactions you must be transparent about the surcharge and your customer’s options for making payment ahead of the transaction.

You can do this by placing a sign near your EFTPOS terminal. This sign should be visible, easy to read, and should use a minimum font size of 10pt Arial.
