New Features

Enhancements

  • 'Alipay+' logo now displayed on present card screen. Merchants that accept Alipay can now accept a wide range of additional digital wallets through their existing integration

  • Updated Centrapay branding to reflect their new visual identity

  • The Navigator voice prompt volume has been boosted for clearer guidance in busy retail environments. Navigator volume is now separate from the device’s media volume and is set to 75% by default. This includes chimes and voice prompts used in Accessibility, Assistance, and Training modes
  • Contactless refunds now process without requiring a PIN
  • Terminals will now prevent new transactions from starting one minute before a scheduled PCI reboot to avoid interrupting processing. If a transaction is attempted during this time, the terminal will decline it and display the message ‘PCI Reboot Pending’

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a Wi-Fi toggle issue where settings were not retained after reboot

  • Fixed an issue causing magstripe cards not to read correctly on some T650P terminals

  • Fixed Bluetooth and Ethernet disconnections affecting T650P terminals

  • Resolved an issue where some some transactions were missing from Transaction History

  • Amount Entry screen layout no longer shifts when entering a merchant reference

  • Fixed POSLink retap flow issues for Venu integrations

  • Fixed a Pre-auth report query issue that stopped when all initial results were declined

  • Fixed POSLink response formatting when a cardholder’s name contained a comma

  • Fixed Transaction History scrolling so returning from a detailed view no longer jumps to the top of the list

  • Updated Connect Express screens to remove outdated Verifone branding colours

  • Fixed keyboard visibility issues in the Merchant Reference screen

  • Fixed VX-Link recovery to prevent cancellation while a transaction is still in progress

  • Fixed Split Payment issues where the number of splits reset or caused a crash when switching payment types

  • Fixed an issue where pressing Enter to accept a signature could sometimes incorrectly decline the transaction

  • Fixed POSLink duplicate transaction handling (EposNow integration)

  • Fixed Split Payment errors causing terminal to freeze or display “Please Wait.”

  • Updated Approved/Declined icons for alternative payments (APMs) to new tick/cross symbols

  • Fixed an issue where chip transactions on some T625 terminals failed after a contactless fallback prompt

  • Fixed POSLink amended amount responses to display correctly

  • Fixed screensaver video playback so videos now display in full screen

  • Fixed POSLink one-way transaction handling where transactions were not sent to the terminal

  • Fixed Wi-Fi disconnections triggered during parameter updates

  • Fixed freezing issue on PIN entry on CM5 series terminals
