How to process a purchase with cash-out

If your customer would like to get some cash from you along with their EFTPOS purchase, you can process a ‘Purchase & Cash Out’ transaction. The cash amount will show separately to the purchase amount on the EFTPOS receipt.

Paymark network

1. Select Purchase/Cash
2. Type in the purchase amount and press the green Enter key
3. Type in the cash-out amount and press Enter
4. Customer presents card, selects account, and enters their PIN
5. A merchant receipt will print after the transaction is processed
6. The terminal will offer the option of also printing a customer receipt
