MOTO/Manual Transactions

You can process card-not-present ‘MOTO‘ (mail-order, phone-order) transactions on your EFTPOS terminal

IMPORTANT: Manual card entry (MOTO) is a bank-approved feature that’s only enabled on your terminal following approval and direct instruction to Eftpos NZ from your bank. For all queries regarding MOTO functionality, please contact the bank that provides your merchant facility. For merchants processing high volumes of card-not-present transactions, we recommend Virtual Terminal.
