How To Set Up And Use PayitHERE

payitHERE is ideal for quick transactions with fixed prices, like fundraising, pop-up stalls, or event sales. Customers just tap an amount and follow the prompts.

How it works

When the payitHERE app is installed on your Android EFTPOS terminal, the idle screen on your device is set to a customised amount entry screen.

How to customise your payitHERE screen

Tap the top of the screen 4 times to open the configuration menu (Manager or Admin PIN required). 

  1. Go to Settings > Change Amounts to:

    • Enable or disable individual amount buttons

    • Edit button labels to match your offering (e.g. "Coffee", "Entry")

    • Change the preset amounts (the default values are $5, $10 and $20)

The Other Amount button is always available so customers can enter a custom value if needed

Tips

  • Edit settings anytime: Tap the top of the screen 4 times and enter a Manager/Admin PIN to reopen settings.

  • Kiosk-friendly: When locked, payitHERE hides the Android task bar for a seamless customer experience.

  • Visual feedback: The app displays clear "Approved" or "Declined" messages after each transaction.
