Your subscription to our services is governed by two documents: The Eftpos New Zealand Services Agreement and your Letter of Offer and Acceptance
The Eftpos New Zealand Services Agreement is our general terms and conditions document that lays out our obligations to you along with the terms you agree to when you sign up with us. View the Eftpos Services Agreement online here.
Your Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOO) is specific to your business and is emailed to you once your Eftpos NZ account is set up. The LOO documents the services you are subscribing to, and any applicable terms and pricing.
Your Letter of Offer and Acceptance is a GST invoice and can be used as a recurring invoice for your EFTPOS services. If you prefer to receive a monthly invoice, you can set this up here.
