IMPORTANT: If your terminal is connected to the Worldline Network you will need to contact Worldline NZ to make changes to your receipt.
Simply complete the form below to request changes to your EFTPOS receipts. Please note, while we strive to process updates as swiftly as possible, changes to your receipts may take up to 1 business day to be implemented. If your updates are time-sensitive or require immediate attention, we recommend reaching out to our Technical Support team directly at 0800 EFTPOS (0800 338 767, option 2).
