MOTO Surcharge Override

MOTO Surcharge Override is an optional add-on for businesses that apply a surcharge and also process MOTO/Manual transactions.

When the override is enabled, your terminal will prompt you to choose whether to apply a surcharge to your Manual/MOTO transactions.

This is helpful for businesses that accept bookings from third-party websites.

Once the override is enabled on your terminal, you will need to start your Manual transactions by entering the transaction amount, tapping 'Other' and then tapping 'Manual Card Entry'. The prompt will not display if you select Manual Card Entry in the Hamburger menu on the Present Card screen.
