Key setup tips for New Zealand merchants
Set your Verifone account region to 'NZAU (New Zealand)'
-
This ensures the correct features and settings are applied
-
Do not select other regions
Organisation ID
-
Go to Administration > Account Setup > Organisation Company and Sites
-
Select your organisation and copy the Organisation ID
-
Paste it into the plugin exactly as it appears in Verifone Central
Important: Avoid IDs with "Account" or "Site" in the name. Choose the one linked to your eCommerce Payment Provider Contract.
Generate your Secure Card Capture Key under “Account:”
This key must be created at the Account level, not site level-
Navigate to your entity in Verifone Central that starts with "Account:"
-
Go to Secure Card Capture and click Create new public key

Global documentation refers to Fraud Protect, but NZ uses 3DS (3D Secure)
-
In the plugin settings, enable 3DS and enter your 3DS Contract ID
Select “Sale” as the transaction type
-
In Card Payment Settings, choose Sale
-
Avoid “Authorize” or “Tokenize” unless advised otherwise by our support team
