Connect to the internet

Call our 24/7 technical helpdesk on 0800 EFTPOS (0800 338 767, option 2) to set up
Wi-Fi and/or activate your SIM card.

Set up a refund facility

We recommend you set up a refund facility as soon as possible so you’re ready to process a refund when you need to. You will first need to request refund capability from your Bank. Wordline NZ will then send you a refund card via courier. A courier fee of $7.50 (plus GST) applies.

IMPORTANT: Please note if your terminal connects to the Worldline Payment Network, you will need to contact Worldline NZ to do the following:

Change or amend your settlement time / window
Request transaction lists
Change receipt header information
Change your Refund Password
