Delivery

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer express shipping, which typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within New Zealand.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.  

If you receive faulty or incorrect items you can send them back to us within 7 days for a full refund. For any other returns, we may offer a refund or replacement if the items were purchased from us within the last 30 days and they are in their original condition and packaging.

Ordering

How do I order paper rolls online?

You can order paper rolls here. Select which size pack you would like from the 'Pack of' dropdown, adjust the quantity of packs you would like and then click Add To Cart.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 0800 338 767 between 8am - 5pm, and we will try to accommodate your requirements.

How do I use a coupon code?


After clicking 'Add to Cart' you will see a summary of your order with a field to type or paste in your coupon code underneath. Click 'Apply Coupon' to add the code.

What happens when items are out of stock?
If we can't fulfil an item in your order, we may dispatch a partial order and fulfil the out of stock item once it is back in stock. If we can’t fulfil the item in a timely manner, we will provide you with a refund.

What happens if there is something wrong with my order when I receive it?

Payment

Can I set up a recurring order for EFTPOS paper?

Yes, we offer subscription services for recurring orders. This is ideal for businesses that regularly order paper rolls. You can choose the frequency of your deliveries, and we'll take care of the rest. You can set this up online on our online shop here, or call 0800338767 to set up a recurring order paid by direct debit.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

Will I get a GST receipt?
A GST receipt will be emailed to you.

Are your EFTPOS supplies compatible with all terminals?

We supply one size of paper roll that is compatible with a wide variety of EFTPOS terminals, including major brands like Verifone and Ingenico. We also provide a range of terminal stands and accessories compatible with Verifone EFTPOS terminals.

How do I know which paper roll size I need?

Our paper rolls are compatible with all terminals.

What types of EFTPOS supplies do you offer?

We offer a wide range of EFTPOS supplies, including thermal paper rolls, receipt printers, terminal accessories, power cables, and more.
