Backup SIM cards

In the event your primary network connection is disrupted, your terminal can automatically switch to a Backup SIM card and continue processing transactions seamlessly.

A backup SIM provides redundancy in case your primary connection method fails. The backup SIM will automatically take over if your primary connectivity method fails. This can be useful in situations such as Internet outages or when the terminal is used in locations where network coverage is unreliable. 

Our Backup SIM service incurs a fee of $5.00 + GST per terminal, per month. Call our Technical Helpdesk on 0800 338 767 (option 2) to add Backup Sim to your subscription.
