To connect your EFTPOS terminal to broadband, plug an ethernet cable from one of the LAN ports on your broadband router or modem into the ETH port on the terminal. To test that your terminal has successfully connected perform a logon.
If your EFTPOS terminal displays a Comms Error when you attempt a transaction the terminal is unable to communicate with the payment network. This article will help you identify and troubleshoot the issue.
